Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground Chaga mushroom to a tea bag or fine mesh strainer. Pour over one cup of boiled hot water and steep 10-20 min or to taste.
Chaga can be re-used until the water runs clear.
Chaga is rich in phyto-nutrients, vitamins and minerals and has a pleasant earthy taste. Recommended intake should not exceed 1 to 2 cups of tea daily.
