Medicinal Herb ID Trail Walk

Walking along the paths and trails of a British Columbian mixed coniferous forest in late spring and early summer, you will find many edible and medicinal plants growing. Once you become aware, you’ll notice common plants such as oregon grape, dandelions, yarrow, purple dead nettle, self heal, violets, wild roses and red clover.
